Manager in Training acts as an Assistant Manager while taking the necessary courses and hands-on experience to successfully pass to a Store Management position. While in training MIT will learn to provide support for store operations and sales directing for sales team. Ensures compliance is met for all company programs, guidelines, policies and procedures. Holds keys and follows store opening and closing procedures. Treats customers and co-workers with dignity and respect.
