Position Requirements:

Exercises independent judgment and makes decisions pertaining to all store operations from hiring, counseling, training, separations and exit meetings. Manages loss prevention and makes decisions that directly affect store performance and profitability. Accountable for maintaining store staffed and ensuring low shrinkage results. Holds keys and ensures compliance of store opening and closing procedures. Treats customers and co-workers with dignity and respect.
