Do you have any coupons or promo codes?

Windsor periodically has special sales or promotions online and/or at stores. In order to be notified of these events in the future please sign up to receive our e-mail notifications by clicking below.

I bought something at a store & its on sale now. Can I get a price adjustment?

Unfortunately sales and promotions that are run online may not be available at our stores so we are unable to credit any price difference at this time.

Do you offer a price match guarantee?

At Windsor we pride ourselves in having quality merchandise at competitive prices. Prices and promotions are run at various retailers’ discretion and because products can vary throughout companies Windsor does not offer a price match guarantee.

I bought something and now there's a promo code. Can I get a price adjustment?

Unfortunately because promotions are run at random times we are unable to offer price adjustment on these items.

I bought something and now its on sale. Can I get a price adjustment?

If you purchased an item that has now gone on sale please contact us and we would be happy to provide a price adjustment. In order for an item to qualify for a price adjustment you need to contact us within 15 business days of placing your order.

Can I return something I bought at a retail store to the online store?

Windsor understands that there are sometimes special circumstances that make it difficult for our customers to return merchandise to our stores. If you purchased an item and Windsor does not have a location in your state we will be happy to accept your return/exchange so long as it is within the return time frame and it conforms to the stores' return policy.  Please note that Special Occasion dresses purchased in store are not returnable online.

Please note the following: We will ONLY issue a refund to the original form of payment. It can take up to 2 billing cycles to see your refund. Windsor is NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items once in transit. For this reason we highly recommend that you receive both a tracking number and insure your package.
If you require a cash refund Windsor will issue a check payment. Please note this process is handled by our accounting department and check processing can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks. We cannot issue a refund for your shipping charges.

I want to do a return but it is past the return time. Can I still return it?

Unfortunately since we do sell time sensitive/seasonal merchandise we cannot accept returns that are past the return time frame. If we receive a return that is past the return time frame we will mail the items back.

I received great/bad service who can I tell this to?

Please feel free to e-mail any compliments or complaints to info@windsorstore.com. Please include the following information for your complaint: your name, store location, associate and manager on duty, date of complaint and a description of your experience. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may have had and please be assured that we will contact the appropriate District Manager.

I am working on a donation drive and was wondering who I can talk to about this?

I ordered something online and have not received it. What do I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience FedEx may have caused you. If for any reason you have not received your package within 15 business days please feel free to contact us so that we may file a claim with FedEx.

I received an item and its damaged. What can I do?

Windsor always tries to do a thorough inspection of all our merchandise before shipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your item please feel free to contact us so that we may further assist you.

I mailed back an item and I still haven’t received a refund.

Refunds can take anywhere from 1-2 billing cycles for processing. Although we try to process all returns within a timely manner please note that returns are first delivered and sorted through our warehouse facilities and this may cause a delay as we are only open Monday through Friday except for holidays. We highly recommend making a note of your return shipment tracking number so that your return is more easily found.

Why do I have multiple charges if I didn't get an order #?

When a credit card is declined and a customer continues to try and place this order the issuing bank places a hold on the funds. Windsor, unfortunately has absolutely no control over pending authorizations. We highly recommend that you contact your bank for further assistance.

I want to buy something but its not on the site anymore. Help!

If we have sold out of an item we will do our best to help you locate it. We can try and place a special order for these items but unfortunately these orders can take an additional 3 weeks to ship.

I want to cancel or change my order how can I do that?

We regret that you would like to cancel your order. Please contact us at 888-494-6376 so that we can cancel your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can only cancel/alter orders that are in the authorization process. Once an order has entered the packed or shipped process we are unable to alter their status. Please feel free to return your item once you receive it. Please note that if you refuse the delivery of your package we will not be able to reimburse you for these shipping charges.

If you need to change the size or quantity of the item and your order has entered the shipping process we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the incorrect item to us. We will issue a full refund minus shipping charges.

I want to order a large quantity of dresses. Do you offer any discounts?

What if my order includes a Backordered item?

Backordered items cannot be shipped at the time an order is placed.  When a backordered item is selected, an authorization will be placed on the credit card used.  If your order also contains in-stock items, please note that these items will be held until the backordered items arrive.  The complete order will ship when backordered item arrive and credit card used will be charged at the time of shipment.

How do I order?

Ordering from windsorstore.com is easy. See something you want? Choose your size and add it to your shopping bag by clicking the "add to shopping bag" button. Your shopping bag can hold an unlimited number of items. Click on "view bag" to review its contents and remove items at any time. When you're through shopping, click on the "checkout" button, where you'll fill out your billing and shipping information. Please keep in mind that FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Nothing is charged to your credit card until you've completed the entire check out process and your order has been shipped.

How can I pay?

Windsorstore.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, or money orders. You may also complete your order through PayPal. Our servers are completely secure with McAfee so you don't have to worry about submitting your credit card number over the Internet. Your credit card won't be processed until you've confirmed your total amount. If we encounter a problem with your card, you will know immediately. You will then have the opportunity to resubmit a new number. The credit card is finally charged once the items are shipped so you won't be charged for out-of-stock items. To place an order using a money order, gift card, gift certificate or a store credit, you will need to call us at 1-888-494-6376 and ask to place a handwritten order. Your order will be processed once we receive your payment in the mail. Please mail your payment along with your name and date the order was placed to: 4533 Pacific Blvd. Vernon , CA 90058.

Will I get order and shipping confirmation?

After you have completed placing your order with windsorstore.com, you'll receive an email with your order number, so it's important that you save the message! Once we've located all of your items, we will send you another email informing you that your order has been shipped. At this time we will also bill your credit card. Finally, we will provide you with a FedEx tracking number (via email) so you can keep tabs on your order until it gets delivered to your door!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Windsorstore.com will make every attempt to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving an order. Orders placed on our Special Order page are subject to additional processing time, based on company stock.  Occasionally we may require more time to locate a particular item, in which case we will contact you. The length of time the order takes to get to you once it has been shipped depends on the shipping option you choose.

Can I order an item that is not currently featured on windsorstore.com?

Yes! Windsorstore.com has a Special Orders program for added convenience to our customers. You can order any item that our stores carry, even if it is not currently being featured on our website, as long as we have stock available. All you need is the 12-digit UPC number found on the price tag under the bar code. When you visit our website simply click on "special orders", enter the 12-digit UPC number, and then follow the simple instructions to check out. Windsorstore.com will save you time and trouble by locating the item in one of our stores and shipping directly to your house.

Please note that there is additional processing time on special ordered items. The process is as follows:

  1. Once order is received our shipping department requests a few of the ordered items from different stores
  2. On the second day stores receive the request and transfer the merchandise and schedule a courier for pick up
  3. On the third day the courier picks up the merchandise
  4. On the fourth day, depending what store is sending the item, the package ships to our California warehouse
  5. On the fifth day the item can either be delivered if it was available at a local store or it remains in transit
  6. On the 6th business day warehouse receives merchandise and inspects thoroughly for defects and if item is acceptable it is shipped. If it is not then we attempt to request more merchandise
  • Please note that special orders are not NEW items shipped from a manufacturer. They are items that come from all over our stores.
  • Depending on availability and the season there may be additional processing time. This can mean an additional 15 business days.

Can I see a picture of an item I am ordering through "special orders"?

Unfortunately we are unable to keep a photo library of every item our stores carry. If you are unsure of whether or not you are ordering the correct item, simply call us at 1-888-494-6376 and we can assist you by giving you a description of the item.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged in the states that Windsor has store locations. Those include Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin.



How do I know what size to choose?

Please keep in mind that windsorstore.com carries junior styles which means that our clothing has a "junior" fit (smaller fit). Remember that it is always easier to take a garment in than it is to let one out! Please refer to our size chart below as a general guideline. Size charts are also available on each and every product description page. Please note: windsorstore.com purchases garments from many different manufacturers who all have their own sizing guidelines. The following measurements should only be used as a general guideline!

Do you ship outside the United States?

WindsorStore.com can ship to Canada, at this time we only have 1 shipping option for Canada orders, it is $23.95 and it take approximately 5-7 business days. Duties and taxes will be payable at the time of delivery.  Please call 1-888-494-6376 for more information.

What are my shipping options?

All Windsor orders are shipped via FedEx.
Windsor cannot ship to addresses containing PO Box, APO/FPO, USVI, and PR.

Our shipping & handling charges to the contiguous 50 states and Canada are as follows:

Standard - $8.95 (approximately 6-12 Business days)
2nd Priority - $16.95 (approximately 5-7 Business Days)
1st Priority - $23.95 (approximately 4-6 Business Days)

Canada International -$23.95 (approximately 5-7 business days)

Shipping & handling charges for Alaska and Hawaii:
2nd Priority - $29.95
1st Priority - $36.95
(Standard shipping not available)

Above time is estimated and does include the 2-3 business days WindsorStore.com needs to process your order. FedEx will leave the package at the doorstep if no one is home when the package is delivered unless you call us here at 1-888-494-6376 to request that your package is sent signature required.

Orders over $200 and gift cards are sent signature required.

Can I split my shipment?

Split shipments are available if you call us at 888-494-6376.  An additional shipping fee will be charged for all additional shipments.

What if my credit card is denied?

You will receive an error message stating that your payment was not accepted almost immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to go back and check that you correctly entered the credit card number, expiration date and CVV code, or enter a new card number.

It is important that if you receive an error message you contact your credit card issuer as they may process several authorizations if you continue trying to place an order. Authorizations that appear despite an error message are not confirmations. They are attempts on your behalf from your credit card company or bank to place an order. These authorizations place a hold on your account but do NOT withdraw funds from your account. They can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to disappear from your account.

What is your return policy?

The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.WindsorStore.com. Please note that the return/exchange policy at our Windsor retail stores differs from the www.WindsorStore.com online return/exchange policy.


1. FINAL SALES: All sales of gift cards, lingerie and items marked as “Sale” are final.  FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for credit or a refund. If you return a sale item to WindsorStore.com, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back you.
2. For all other items to be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be returned unworn, all tags attached, intact and no visible signs of wear. If you return an item to www.WindsorStore.com that does not meet all the criteria, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.
3. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.
4. LATE RETURNS: If you return item to WindsorStore.com that is considered late and is past the allotted time frame (see below for allotted time frames), the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.

Can I return an item I have purchased on windsorstore.com to the retail store?

Yes, items purchased online can be returned at any one of our retail store locations so long as the items have no signs of wear, have tags attached and are within the return time frame. Please note that dresses that are $69.90 and over that were purchased online can NOT be returned or exchanged at our retail store locations. The dresses can ONLY be returned to windsorstore.com

How do I exchange an item purchased through windsorstore.com?

Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return and/or exchange the merchandise with the tags attached and no signs of wear or alteration. Special occasion dresses must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order and must be sent back to Windsorstore.com; All other merchandise, except lingerie and sale items, may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order and may be sent back to Windsorstore.com or taken to your local store. All lingerie and sale items are a final sale, They cannot be returned or exchanged.


Return/Exchange procedure:

1. If you elect to use the pre-paid return label included with your order, $5.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. To use the pre-paid label, simply affix it to the outside of you return package covering the original shipping label. Write in your return address in the spaces provided and either call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to schedule a pick up time or drop the package off at your local FedEx office. Windsor will not accept C.O.D deliveries.

How long until I see the credit to my credit card?

When we receive the package windsorstore.com will issue a credit to the original credit card used for the order. We only pay return shipping if the original shipment was sent damaged, defective or incorrect (wrong color, size or style). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

How do I purchase a gift card?

Unsure of what to get your fashion-forward friends and family members? A gift card to one of our stores is a gift you know they'll love! Perfect for any occasion, Windsor gift cards can be redeemed at any of our locations and on our website for clothes, shoes and accessories. Windsorstore.com cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced gift cards.
