Question: What if my credit card is denied?
 
Answer: You will receive an error message stating that your payment was not accepted almost immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to go back and check that you correctly entered the credit card number, expiration date and CVV code, or enter a new card number.

It is important that if you receive an error message you contact your credit card issuer as they may process several authorizations if you continue trying to place an order. Authorizations that appear despite an error message are not confirmations. They are attempts on your behalf from your credit card company or bank to place an order. These authorizations place a hold on your account but do NOT withdraw funds from your account. They can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to disappear from your account.
