Merchandise purchased from WindsorStore.com may be returned or exchanged at your local Windsor store with the exception of special occasion gowns, lingerie, accessories and sale items. Special occasion gowns, accessories and sale items must be sent back to the Internet Department. No exceptions. Please bring your packing slip with you when making an exchange or return at your local store. This is your receipt and no exchanges or returns will be made without one. |
