If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return and/or exchange the merchandise with the tags attached and no signs of wear or alteration. Special occasion dresses must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order and must be sent back to Windsorstore.com; All other merchandise, except lingerie and sale items, may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order and may be sent back to Windsorstore.com or taken to your local store. All lingerie and sale items are a final sale, They cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return/Exchange procedure:
1. If you elect to use the pre-paid return label included with your order, $5.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. To use the pre-paid label, simply affix it to the outside of you return package covering the original shipping label. Write in your return address in the spaces provided and either call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to schedule a pick up time or drop the package off at your local FedEx office. Windsor will not accept C.O.D deliveries.

3. Once we receive your package and verify the contents we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your account.
4. For exchanges we will first issue a refund minus any shipping charges and then a completely NEW order will be created. Please note that all banks process credits and charges at their discretion. It is possible that the charge will appear before any credits. Once the new order is created the new order number will be e-mailed.
