The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.WindsorStore.com. Please note that the return/exchange policy at our Windsor retail stores differs from the www.WindsorStore.com online return/exchange policy.
1. FINAL SALES: All sales of gift cards, lingerie and items marked as “Sale” are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for credit or a refund. If you return a sale item to WindsorStore.com, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back you.
2. For all other items to be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be returned unworn, all tags attached, intact and no visible signs of wear. If you return an item to www.WindsorStore.com that does not meet all the criteria, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.
3. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.
4. LATE RETURNS: If you return item to WindsorStore.com that is considered late and is past the allotted time frame (see below for allotted time frames), the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.
5. Effective 8/3/2011 all orders processed through PayPal will have to be returned to the online store. Unfortunately, at this time PayPal orders cannot be returned to our physical locations. RETURNS
If any item, other than FINAL SALE merchandise, purchased at www.WindsorStore.com fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund per the following guidelines:
A. All items under $69.90 may be returned to www.WindsorStore.com or to any Windsor retail location.
Returning Items to the Online Store: Include this packing slip with your returned merchandise. You have 15 business days from the day you receive your package to return the merchandise. Your returned package must be postmarked by the 15th day in order to receive a refund. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returning Items to a Retail Store: Bring this packing slip and merchandise to a Windsor retail store. You have 15 business days from the day you receive your packageto return the merchandise. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
B. All items $69.90 and over must be returned to www.WindsorStore.com. You have 5 business days from the day you receive your package to return the merchandise. Your returned package must be postmarked by the 5th business day in order to receive a refund. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
1. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible).
2. Complete the chart below.
3. Affix the pre-printed Merchandise Return Address Label to the outside of your return package. Please note that the Merchandise Return Address Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you (customer) will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

C. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
D. Windsor does not assume any responsibility for any package that is sent by a customer that is damaged, lost, stolen or not found.
E. Canada Customers Only: Please follow the above instructions for returning merchandise and be aware that you are responsible for all taxes and duties incurred due to

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges. However, if you need a different size, color or style, you may do one of the following:
1. Place a new order at www.WindsorStore.com for the item that you want. Follow the return process above for the items you decide not to keep.
2. Call us at 1-888-494-6376 to place a new order. Follow the return process above for the items you decide not to keep. We will be happy to place a new order for you!
