Can I exchange merchandise purchased online?

Eligible items purchased online can only be exchanged at one of our 200+ Windsor retail locations, as we currently do not offer online exchanges.  Please be sure to bring the original packing slip for the item(s) you would like to exchange when visiting a retail location.  Special Occasion and Formal Dresses (marked with a purple Special Occasion tag) can only be returned to a retail store within 14 days from the original ship date.  All other eligible merchandise purchased online can be exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase ship date.   

Items eligible for exchange must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear.  Swimwear must be unworn with all tags and hygienic liner attached.  Items listed as Final Sale/Clearance or Promotional cannot be exchanged.  Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, face masks, cosmetics and lingerie are always Final Sale and may not be exchanged.  Plus size merchandise purchased online can only be returned to our warehouse for processing.
