ONLINE RETURN POLICIES & INSTRUCTIONS

INSTRUCTIONS

Something didn’t work out for you? No problem! It’s as easy as 1,2,3 to return or exchange your item. Make sure to read through the details below and we’ll do everything we can to make it right the second time around!

RETURN POLICIES

  • Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase ship date.
  • Special Occasion and Formal Dresses (marked with a purple Special Occasion tag) can be returned within 14 days from the original purchase ship date.
  • Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear. 
  • Swimwear must be unworn with all tags and hygienic liner attached.
  • Items listed as FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned.
  • Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, face masks, cosmetics and lingerie are ALWAYS FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
  • Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the package.
  • Plus size merchandise must be returned to the online store ONLY and may not be returned to a Windsor retail store.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Purchases made using QuadPay, Amazon Pay, or Paypal must be returned to the online store ONLY in order to process a refund. Items may be returned in a Windsor retail store for EXCHANGES ONLY. 
  • PayPal and Amazon Pay Refunds: Once the online store has processed your return, your money will be refunded to your PayPal or Amazon Pay account.
  • QuadPay Refunds: If you return your item to the Windsor online store, QuadPay will deduct the amount for your refund from the balance owed on your QuadPay account.
  • Exchanges will ONLY be honored in Windsor retail stores. 

EXCHANGES

  • You may visit any Windsor retail store to exchange your merchandise. The online store does NOT process exchanges.
  • QuadPay- Please be aware that if you bought items using QuadPay and exchange them at a retail location, you will still owe a balance to QuadPay for the original purchase amount. QuadPay will continue to charge you directly for the remaining installments on your balance.

REFUNDS

  • Once the return is received and verified as meeting eligibility standards, the refund minus the $6.95 for the return label will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
  • All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the $6.95 fee of the return label. Returns to our retail stores are free.

RETAIL STORE RETURN POLICIES & INSTRUCTIONS

  • Merchandise purchased in a Windsor retail store cannot be returned to the online store.
  • To receive a full refund, regular priced merchandise must be returned to a retail location within 14 days from the original purchase date.
  • Regular priced merchandise may be exchanged or returned in a retail location for store credit within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear. 
  • Swimwear must be unworn with all tags and hygienic liner attached.
  • Regular priced Special Occasion and Formal Dresses (marked with a purple Special Occasion tag) are ALWAYS FINAL SALE when bought in our retail stores.
  • Items listed as FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned.
  • Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, face masks, cosmetics and lingerie are ALWAYS FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
