Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Our warehouse is open and shipping orders Monday - Friday.  We ask that you please allow 1-2 business days for processing. During peak business 3-5 business days for processing time. Once your order has been packaged and is ready to be sent, the delivery times will depend on the shipping option chosen during checkout.  To confirm the shipping method chosen at checkout, please check your email for the order confirmation or log into your Windsor store online account.  You can track your order online using the order number and billing zip code by clicking HERE or going to: https://www.windsorstore.com/pages/support#shipping-status
