Why hasn't tracking for my package been updated for a few days?

We rely on the information provided by the various carriers we use to update the information displayed on our tracking pages.  While an order is in transit the carrier(s) sometimes do not scan the packages daily, as your order may be in transit for a few days.  Some carriers also group packages to be delivered by city or zip code and will only scan the entire group once and not all the individual packages in it.  Some carriers also experience delays due to high volume during peak times of the year.  To check your order status click HERE or go to:
