Why is my order late?

We ask that you please allow 1-2 business days (Monday thru Friday) for our warehouse to process your order.  Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, the delivery times will depend on the shipping option chosen during check out.  To locate which shipping option you chose, check the email order confirmation we sent or log into your online Windsor store account.  Our current domestic delivery options are:

EVERYDAY SHIPPING:  1-9 Business Days (transit time)

STANDARD SHIPPING: 1-5 Business Days (transit time)

EXPRESS SHIPPING:  1-2 Business Days (transit time)
