Yes! Windsorstore.com has a Special Orders program for added convenience to our customers. You can order any item that our stores carry, even if it is not currently being featured on our website, as long as we have stock available. All you need is the 12-digit UPC number found on the price tag under the bar code. When you visit our website simply go to "special orders," enter the 12-digit UPC number, and follow the simple instructions to check out. Windsorstore.com will save you time and trouble by locating the item in one of our stores and shipping it directly to your house.
Please note that there is an additional processing time on special ordered items. The process is as follows:
- Once order is received our shipping department requests a few of the ordered items from different stores
- On the second day stores receive the request, transfer the merchandise and schedule a courier for pick up
- On the third day the courier picks up the merchandise
- On the fourth day, depending what store is sending the item, the package ships to our California warehouse
- On the fifth day the item can either be delivered if it was available at a local store or it remains in transit
- On the 6th business day warehouse receives merchandise and inspects thoroughly for defects and if item is acceptable it is shipped. If it is not then we attempt to request more merchandise
- Please note that special orders are not NEW items shipped from a manufacturer. They are items that come from all over our stores.
- Depending on availability and the season there may be additional processing time. This can mean an additional 15 business days.
Please keep in mind that windsorstore.com carries junior styles, which means that our clothing has a smaller fit. Remember that it is always easier to take a garment in than it is to let one out! Please refer to our size chart below as a general guideline. Size charts are also available on each and every product description page. Please note: windsorstore.com purchases garments from many different manufacturers who all have their own sizing guidelines. The following measurements should only be used as a general guideline!
The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.windsorstore.com. Please note that the return/exchange policy at our Windsor retail stores differs from the www.windsorstore.com online return/exchange policy.
Returning Merchandise Back to Online Store
- You have 30 days to return ALL regular price merchandise back to the online store from the ship date.
- You have 14 days to return all regular price merchandise back to your local brick and mortar store from the ship date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, new, unwashed and all tags must be attached and there should be no visible signs of wear.
- Sale merchandise is FINAL and may not be returned. Fashion tape, Adhesive bras, Adhesive panties, pasties, cosmetics and lingerie are FINAL & may not be returned.
- Plus Size merchandise must be returned to windorstore.com only.
- Please note, any returns received that do not comply with our policies will be shipped back to you.
Customers who made a purchase using their PayPal account can ONLY return merchandise back to the online store. Please follow the instructions below.
- Complete the chart below for merchandise being returned. (Item #, Size, Color, Quantity, Reason Code).
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible).
- Include this packing slip with your return merchandise.
- Write your order number on this form in the space indicated below.
- Affix the prepaid Address Label (sticker with Windsor mailing address) to the outside of your return package.

Returning Items to a Retail Location
Bring this packing slip and merchandise to a Windsor retail store. You have 14 days to return or exchange ALL regular price merchandise from the ship date to a retail store.
SPECIAL OCCASION DRESSES
Special occasion dresses can only be exchanged at a retail store within 14 days. For a full refund, special occasions items must be returned back to the online store and your receipt is required. Returns beyond 30 days to the online store will NOT be accepted.
Special Occasion dresses are labeled with a purple circle tag that says "This special occasion item can only be returned to the online store."
Merchandise must be un-worn, all tags must be attached and there should be no visible signs of wear.
Sale merchandise is Final and may not be exchanged or returned. Jewelry and Lingerie sales are final.
Within 30 days, merchandise may be exchanged or return for store credit only, receipt is required.
Bring merchandise to a Windsor retail location along with the packing slip. Refunds will be refunded in the original form of payment. The original form of payment must be present to complete the refund. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
FINAL SALES: All sales of gift cards and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for credit or a refund. If you return a sale item to WindsorStore.com, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back you.
LATE RETURNS: If you return an item to WindsorStore.com that is considered late and is past the allotted time frame, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.
