Our international shipping and handling are as follows:
- International Standard 4-10 business days. Shipping. Duties and All Taxes Included. No additional cost will be due upon delivery Deliveries to some countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means you will not have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable.
- International Express 3-7 business days. Shipping, Duties and All Taxes Included. No additional cost will be due upon Delivery Windsor accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
HOW TO ORDER? EASY AS 1-2-3!
- When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, click on “International Checkout”.
- On the “International Checkout” page you will be prompted to enter your shipping address. In the top left hand corner directly under “Shipping Address” select your destination country in the drop down menu. Enter the shipping and billing address if it differs from your shipping address.
- Select your shipping preference and click “place my order.”
We offer easy returns for our international customers.
- You have 30 days to postmark your package, in order for us to accept your package and be able to receive are refund.
- Our payment processor only allows a refund to be processed within 60 days. If you refund is received after our 60 days a paypal email address will be required.
- Merchandise must be unworm, all tags must be attached and there should be no visible signs of wear.
- Swimwear must be unworn and all tags and hygienic liner must be attached.
- Sales merchandise is Final and may not be exchanged or returned.
Please provide the item with the packing slip and follow the instructions below:
- Complete the chart on the back of your invoice.
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package if possible.
- Include this packing slip with your return merchandise.
- You are responsible for all return shipping fees via the carrier of your choice.
- Shipping fees, Duties and taxes are nonrefundable.
- Windsor suggests you obtain a return tracking number for your reference.
