Her high waist seam leads to a floor-length skirt that will make you feel like a princess! Kia is composed of an ivory satin and tulle fabric with a baby blue, glitter fern pattern throughout. Dress offers a relaxed fit with minimal stretch. Includes a petticoat and knit lining.
